Originally born and raised as a child in St. Louis, MO. My father spent his whole career working in a factory called American Can Company. This was followed by my mother that spent her career working at St. Louis State Hospital as a switch board operator. Both of my parents were very hard working that sacrificed to send me to a private Catholic school called "Christian Brothers College High School". A strong education was paramount in my family growing up as a child. They poured the foundation of what it meant to work hard in anything that you do in life. It is my father that explained to me that you should "do things great or don't do them at all".
After graduation I had a strong calling to sign up for the United States Marine Corps "infantry". I wanted to follow in my fathers foot steps and serve my country. In the Marine Corps is were I developed my core values of honor, loyalty, and commitment. It has became the chief corner stone in everything that I do in life. My last post at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital as Marine Corps Liaison is the position that really change my life. This is were I had to check on and serve each Marine Corps Patient and their families. It proven to me that serving others can change people lives in a major way. I later graduated from Old Dominion University and taught in the Portsmouth Public Schools system before opening my own preschool with my wife and myself.
